Sessions Under Development

Important deadlines for the conference are:

  • Final Submission of Poster or Manuscript: December 15, 2007 ( Extended to December 20, 2007 )
  • Submission of Presentation files: April 26, 2008
    You will need to login to your author account – then choose Upload Presentation (or Poster) – We will continue to accept presentations throughout the congress so attendees can access copies during and after the congress.

Final Paper Minimum Requirements

Main Congress:
  • Minimum length: two full pages (12 point font, 1 inch margins all around)
  • Maximum Length: ten full pages (12 point font, 1 inch margins all around)
  • Papers will be edited but not officially peer reviewed
18th A&C Specialty Conference:
  • Minimum length: ten full pages (12 point font, 1 inch margins all around)
  • Maximum Length: 6000 words (12 point font, 1 inch margins all around)
  • Papers will receive official peer review
Papers not conforming to the template guidelines will be returned to the author and will not be included in the conference proceedings

Final papers should be submitted in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) format. Poster paper formats must be in Microsoft Word (.DOC), Microsoft Powerpoint (.PPT) or Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file format.

Uploading Final Paper or Poster Instructions
  1. Log In to your Author Account
  2. After successfully logging in, you should see your Uploaded Abstract Files listed.
  3. Click on the 'Upload Final Document' button to the right of your Approved Abstract.
  4. You will be redirected to the Final Document Submission Form.
